| FLASH: We are expecting a litter in Spring 2008. This will be a repeat of our fantastic "A"
litter (see below for pedigree). The Whelping Box Because of our commitment to excellence, we rarely have more than one litter per year. Our puppies are home-raised and require a large expenditure of time and effort to make sure they are well socialized before they go to new homes. For that reason, we only occasionally have puppies available and our puppies are usually reserved long before they are born. Announcements of litters will appear on this page when a litter is expected but that does not guarantee a puppy will be available. All prospective owners are screened carefully and puppies are matched with owners based on the puppy's personality and the owners' needs and expectations. Prospective owners can expect to furnish references and complete a lengthy questionnaire. At this time, we are pleased to announce the arrival of two litters. The Bowmaker A Litter was born June 10, 2006. This litter was sired by English import Ch. Catsun Carollineur. The dam is our newest champion, Ch. Bowmaker Whistling Dixie. The Bowmaker B Litter was born November 11, 2006. The sire of this litter is Ch. Bowmaker Rock A Feller ("Winnie"). Winnie was the Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Award of Merit Winner at the 1999 PCA National Specialty. The following year, he received the second Award of Merit at the 2000 PCA National Specialty. The dam of this litter is Ch. Bowmaker Southern Belle ("Scarlett"). Scarlett made a real splash at the 2000 PCA National Specialty where she was Best Puppy in Futurity; Best Senior Puppy in both the Regional and National Sweeps; First place Bred-by-Exhibitor Bitch in both the Regional and National; and Reserve Winners' Bitch at the National.
